LDAP / Active Directory
The PhoneControl LDAP / Active Directory Integration Module allows automatic synchronisation of the PhoneControl Directory with LDAP / Active Directories.

The module can be scheduled to automatically up-date and/or populate your PhoneControl Directory with any or all of the fields available within your LDAP / Active Directory, avoiding the onerous task of updating multiple directory databases within your organisation.

Call Data Buffers
The purpose of a Call Data Buffer is to minimise the loss of call data in the event of a power or PC / Server system failure. In case of a failure, call data is restored, after which the call data is automatically downloaded into the PhoneControl system.

Call Data Buffers can be used for single site locations, directly connected between the PhoneControl system and the telephone system (PABX), or at remote locations, directly connected to the telephone system (PABX) with the connection to the PhoneControl system via modem connection or a corporate TCP/IP LAN/WAN network. PhoneControl has different Call Data buffer solutions available for all the different possible scenarios.

Customised Carrier Rate Tables
The PhoneControl system comes with the standard tariffs of the most popular Carriers included in the rate tables. However, in case you have negotiated special rates with your carrier, you will also require customised rate tables. Our qualified technicians can build these tables for you, giving you peace of mind that your correctly costing your calls.

Multi-user License
PhoneControl comes standard with a two user lisence, however if this is not ample for your company, PhoneControl multi-user licenses allow multiple persons within the organisation to access the PhoneControl Reports, Directory and other modules simultaneously via Local or Wide Area Network. Multi-user licenses can be purchased as required for as many users as your organisation requires.

Cisco Call Manager Data Link Module
The Cisco Call Manager Data Link Module enables PhoneControl to interface with the Cisco Call Manager; to query the internal SQL Database of the Cisco Call Manager and convert the call data information into a standard format that the PhoneControl software can process and generate reports.

Extension Control for Automatic en/disabling od Extension
On Supported PABX's PhoneControl Classic can automatically enable and disable extensions when guests check-in and out or when customers reach their defined credit limit. The extension control module is useful to prevent unauthorised use of telephones when rooms are vacated. Extensions can be manually or automatically enabled or disabled using the PhoneControl interface.
