The PhoneControl Classic Billing Module is specially developed for the hospitality industry to provide individual guest & room billing for rooms, services and telephone usage in an extremely
simple and user-friendly way.

• The PhoneControl Classic system generates a hard copy Bill for every guest or room, saves all Historical Bills on file and registers all activities in a log-file.

 ALL services on one bill

• With PhoneControl Classic you can define your standard Room configuration including the default facilities, like ‘ double room including breakfast ‘, plus all other services, such as bar, restaurant, tennis, etc. you offer to your guests.

 Define your own Rates, Mark-ups and Credit limits.

• Define your own rates for all Rooms and Services, your own Mark-ups for
  telephone usage and a standard or individual Credit limit for every Room.

Extremely easy to use

• All Check-in & Check-out options are available with a single mouse click.
  Features include ‘Automatic check-in‘ & ‘Check Out & Print All Rooms‘ .

(Automatic) Extension Shut off

• Automatically bar any external telephone calls when the set credit limit is reached, until the credit limited is reset. (only on supported PABXs)

• The Advanced Report Generator allows the creation of virtually any report.
• The 25 most commonly used reports are already pre-defined.
• PhoneControl can automatically distribute any text reports by email.
• With the Multi-user option the application can be shared over WAN and LAN.

Configurable Report Types:

• Detailed text - Allows generation of text reports with a single line for each call, including date, time, extension, dialed number, destination, duration, cost, etc.
• Summary text - Summarises totals and averages of amount, duration and cost by the selected items, such as sites, departments, trunks, call types, etc.
• Traffic Analyses - Generates a histogram style presentation of trunk usage.
• Real Time Graphical - Presents ‘LIVE‘ call data on screen in real-time graphs
• Graphical Report - Displays selected historical data in graphical report.
• Dispersion - Generates the geographical call dispersion on a globe or map.
• Frequency - Shows the frequency of selected call items, e.g. most expensive.
• Real Time Detail – shows ‘ LIVE ‘ call exceptions and alarms in real time.

Directory Features

• Comes with a ready made, but fully customisable, Telephone Directory.
• Easy to configure; import/export, add, modify or delete any field or user.
• Unlimited Database size; add all possible details for every extension.
• Multi-user option; share the Directory contents over your WAN or LAN.

Customised Tariff and Cost Tables

• Define your own mark-ups, discounts, rounding up and prices for meter pulses.

Task Schedular

• Automate PhoneControl with the wizard based task schedular to set-up tasks, such as generation of reports, collect of call data, import/export directory data and even external applications.
